Butterhorn Rolls (So good!)

  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 pkg dry yeast
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 stick butter, melted and cooled
  • 4 cups flour
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 T water
DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine yeast with warm water. In a large mixing bowl, break eggs and add 1 T water, beat slightly. Add dry ingredients alternately with yeast mixture, mix well. Add butter and beat until smooth. Cover and refrigerate for four hours. Place on floured board and knead. Roll into 2-inch balls and placed on greased pan. Cover and let rise for four hours. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.
