Buttermilk Pie

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 eggs
  • 1.5 cugs sugar
  • 2 tbsps flou
  • 0.24 tsp salt
  • 0.75 cup butter milke
  • 6 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 9 inch unbaked pie shell
DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 350 F
  2. Beat eggs
  3. Add sugar, flour, butter, vanilla and salt.
  4. Mix thoroughly
  5. Blend in buttermilk
  6. Pour into unbaked pie shell
  7. Bake for about 40 minutes
  8. Pie should be very brown.
