Butternut Squash With Brown Sugar

  • - Butternut Squash (Cut into 2 halves & placed flesh up)
  • - Butter (4 teaspoons)
  • - Brown Sugar (4 tbs.)
  • - Salt/Pepper (tsp. 1 each half)
  • - Nutmeg (Pinch on each half)
  • - Brown Sugar
DIRECTIONS
  1. Turn Oven on to 400*
  2. 1) Cut Butternut squash into two halves Put on pan flesh up. Scoop out seeds
  3. 2) Spread 4 tbs of butter or Margarine evenly over Squash
  4. 3) Add Brown Sugar (4 tbs)
  5. 4) Add salt and pepper
  6. 5) Sprinkle on nutmeg
  7. **** 2 Squash is 2 servings

I've always liked this recipe. Growing up I remember this dish being served at least every other week. Its simple, and only takes about 30 mins to make.
