CABBAGE AND RICE (LAZY MAN'S CABBAGE ROLLS

INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 lbs. Ground beef
- 1 tsp.salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 chopped onion
- 1/2 cup rice
- 1 med. cabbage
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 1/4 soup can water
DIRECTIONS
- Shred cabbage and put in a greased baking dish.
- Brown ground beef, onion, salt and pepper in skillet.
- Drain.
- Mix in rice and spoon mixture over cabbage. (I tend to stir all of this together rather than layer it)
- Mix soup and water; pour over top.
- Bake in tightly covered dish for 1 hour at 350ยบ.
