CHEESE BALL
INGREDIENTS
  • 3/4 pound american cheese
  • 8 oz. package crean cheese
  • 1 clove garlic - minced
  • 1 cup finely chopped pecans
  • 2 heaping tablespoons mayo
DIRECTIONS
  1. Grate american cheese and mix in softened cream cheese, mayonaise and garlic.
  2. Blend well and stir in pecans.
  3. Roll into a ball, wrap in saran wrap and place in refrigerator to chill.
  4. Serve with crackers.
