CHEESY HALIBUT CASSEROLE

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 lb. halibut, cut into large
  • cubes
  • 2 cans marinated artichokes,
  • drained
  • 2 cans button mushrooms,
  • drained
  • 1 c. butter
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. white wine
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 8 oz. Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 Tbsp. hot sauce
DIRECTIONS
  1. Set aside halibut, artichokes and mushrooms. Melt
  2. butter. Add flour and gradually stir in milk and wine. Add
  3. salt, hot sauce and cheese. Stir until cheese melts and sauce
  4. is thick. Layer halibut, artichokes and mushrooms in a baking
  5. dish. Pour sauce over halibut, mushrooms and artichokes; bake
  6. at 350 degrees, uncovered, for 50 minutes.
