CHICKEN CORDON BLUE ROLLS

INGREDIENTS
  • 6 chicken breasts, pounded to 1/4 thickness
  • 6 pieces of ham slices
  • 6 slices swiss cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 can (10.5oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup white wine
DIRECTIONS
  1. on each chicken breast, place one ham slice and one cheese slice. roll up each and secure with toothpick. season each, roll in salt and pepper once. place in crockpot. whisk together the soup, milk, and white wine. pour mixture over chicken rolls. cover and cook on low 4 to 6 hrs
