• Cooking Time: 20-25 minutes
  • Servings: 6-8
  • 1.5 to 2 lbs. frozen chicken strips from a bag.
  • 1 small bag frozen green/yellow peppers & onions.
  • 2 Small jars salsa sauce.
  • Large soft flat Tortilla shells
  • 8 oz bag of shredded Mexican cheese.
  • 1 small container Sour Cream.
  • Enough cooking oil to just cover bottom of skillet.
  1. In large skillet, cook frozen chicken strips in oil until done.
  2. Remove from skillet & cut into smaller strips.
  3. Add bag of frozen green/yellow peppers & onions to skillet & cook until thawed.
  4. Add chicken strips back into the skillet.
  5. Add 1 small jar of salsa sauce.
  6. To each Tortillas, add down the middle only: above mixture & shredded cheese.
  7. Roll up the Tortillas (may need to use toothpick to hold together).
  8. Brown on a heated grill or heated skilled.
  9. Serve with sour cream & salsa on the side.
