CHICKEN SUPREME CASSEROLE

INGREDIENTS
- 1 box Stovetop or generic stuffing mix, prepared
- 1 – 15 to 16 ounce can French style green beans, drained
- 1 – 4 ounce can mushrooms, drained
- 2 to 3 cups cooked chicken OR turkey, chopped or diced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2/3 cup milk
- almonds or cashews, optional
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- -- Prepare stuffing. Set aside one cup of stuffing.
- -- Stir together soup and milk.
- -- Layer ingredients in shallow baking dish - I use Corelle oval 2-1/2 quart:

- ---- green beans
- ---- mushrooms
- ---- chicken/turkey
- ---- soup/milk mixture
- ---- reserved stuffing
- – Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
