CHICKEN WITH ARTICHOKES

INGREDIENTS
  • 3 whole chicken breasts, boned
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 2 jars (6 oz. each) marinated
  • artichoke hearts
  • 2 tsp. dried green onion or
  • chopped fresh green onion
  • paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. tarragon
DIRECTIONS
  1. Cut chicken into bite-size pieces. Drain artichokes,
  2. reserving marinade. Marinate chicken overnight in marinade
  3. from artichokes. In a 9 x 13 x 2-inch greased casserole place
  4. artichokes, cut in pieces. Drain chicken well, saving mari-
  5. nade. Dip chicken in flour,salt, pepper mixture and arrange
  6. over artichokes. Pour marinade over all. Spoon on sour cream.
  7. Sprinkle onions, tarragon and paprika over top. Bake at 350 degrees
  8. for 1 hour.
