CORN FRITTERS

INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 1/4 tsp. salt
- pinch pepper
- 2 tbsp. milk
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 2 egg yolks, well beaten
- 2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
- 1 cup cream style corn
DIRECTIONS
- Mix the first 7 ingredients together and beat until smooth.
- Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
- Fold in corn.
- Drop by tablespoons into hot fat and fry until done.
- Serve hot.
- **Can be eaten with maple syrup.
