CORN PUDDING

INGREDIENTS
  • Cooking Time: 45-60 minutes
  • 1 (15.25-oz)can whole kernel corn
  • 1 (15 oz.) can creamed corn
  • 1/2 c. melted oleo
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 8 1/2 oz. box Jiffy corn muffin mix
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix all together.
  2. Pour into 2 quart baking dish.
  3. Bake at 350, for 45-60 minutes.
