CRAB-ARTICHOKE QUICHE

  • Cooking Time: 30 - 35
  • 1 pastry shell (9-inch)
  • 1 can snow crab (6 oz.)
  • 2 (4 oz.) cans small
  • artichokes
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c. half and half
  • 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill or
  • 1/2 tsp. dried dill
DIRECTIONS
  1. Drain crab and artichokes.
  2. Cut artichokes in half. Set aside.
  3. In a bowl combine eggs and half and half. Beat well.
  4. Stir in cheese and dill.
  5. Arrange crab and artichokes in shell.
  6. Pour in egg mixture.
  7. Bake in 350 degrees oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
