  • For Brownies:
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 3/4 c. GGFG Baking Mix (or mix or your choice)
  • 3/4 t. zanthum gum
  • 1/2 c.cocoa
  • 1/2 t. extract (vanilla, peppermint, almond, etc.
  • For Cream Cheese filling:
  • 6 oz. cream cheese
  • ½ c.sugar
  • 2 T, white rice or tapioca flour
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 t. vanilla
  1. Using stand or hand mixer, combine cream cheese, ½ sugar, 2 T. white rice or tapioca flour, 2 egg whites, and t. vanilla. Beat well. Remove from mixer bowl and set aside. In mixer bowl, make brownies; beat eggs and sugar together. Slowly beat in butter. Turn off mixer, add Baking mix, cocoa, zanthum gum, and extract. Place ¾ of batter into 8" square pan lined with parchment paper; put dollops of cream cheese filling in lines across brownie batter and place remaining ¼ brownie batter over dollops. Use a knife to lightly cut through cream cheese and batter to make swirl effect. Bbake in an oven preheated to 350F for 25-35 minutes until knife comes out with moist crumb. Or use speedcook on Advantium oven under my recipes/brownies. Cool before serving.
Brownies are delicious swirled with cream cheese filling.
