• 1 package instant vanilla pudding and pie filling
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • (Whip with a wire whip until it thickens)
  • 8 ounces cool whip
  • 2 large cans pineapple, well drained
  • 2 cans mandarin oranges, well drained
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
  • Sliced fresh strawberries
  1. Make the night before. Combine vanilla pudding filling with 1 cup buttermilk. Whip until it thickens. Add cool whip and any fruit you desire. Kathy used two large cans of pineapple and two cans mandarin oranges, well drained. Fold in 1/2 cup chopped walnuts and fresh, sliced strawberries. However, you can combine any fruits to your liking - fresh or canned. If serving the same day, lightly dab fruit with a paper towel so the mixture doesn't get to loose. Garnish top with sliced, fresh strawberries or cherries.
