CUSTARD PIE
INGREDIENTS
- Servings: 8
- 3 cups skim milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 9-inch crust
DIRECTIONS
- In saucepan, heat milk on low heat.
- In bowl, mix sugar, flour, and eggs.
- Beat well and pour into heated milk.
- Cook over medium heat until mixture boils.
- Remove from heat and add vanilla.
- Pour custard filling into prepared crust.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
