Cabbage Stew
INGREDIENTS
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 cans Pinto Beans
- 2 cans stewed tomatoes (I use Italian flavored)
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 can water
- chili powder, salt, pepper
- 1 large cabbage, chopped
DIRECTIONS
- Pour all of the ingredients in a large pot. Add the chopped cabbage, you might have to push the pot lid down at firs to get it all in. As it cooks, it reduces. Cook over medium heat until cooked all the way through. Enjoy!
