Caesar Chicken Wings

  • 3 pounds chicken wings, split at the joint, wingtips removed and discarded
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, grated
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • ΒΌ cup grated Parmesan
  • 2 hearts romaine lettuce, leaves separated
  • Soft bread sticks, for serving
DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil.
  2. Whisk together the mayonnaise, Worcestershire, garlic and lemon juice in a large bowl. Season with salt and a generous amount of pepper. Reserve 1/2 cup of the sauce in a small bowl for dipping.
  3. Using tongs, transfer the wings to the large bowl of sauce; sprinkle with Parmesan and toss well to coat.
  4. Spread the chicken on the prepared baking sheet and roast, flipping halfway with tongs, until very crisp, 45 to 50 minutes.
  5. Serve with the romaine, breadsticks and reserved sauce for dipping.
