Cajun Chicken Caesar Salad
  • 1/4 lb Bacon
  • 4 Chicken Breasts, Cut Into Strips
  • 1 tsp Cajun Seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp Light Olive Oil
  • 1 head Romaine Lettuce, Rinsed, Dried, Chopped
  • 1/2 cup Caesar Salad Dressing of Choice
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan Cheese, Grated
  1. *Cook bacon over med-high heat until evenly brown; crumble and set aside
  2. *In same skillet, add chicken, seasoning, and oil; cook until chicken is golden brown; remove from heat; set aside
  3. *In salad bowl, combine lettuce with enough dressing to coat, parmesan cheese, and bacon; toss and place on individual salad plates
  4. *Top with sliced chicken and serve
