Cajun Chicken Pasta
  • 1 pkg Angel Hair Pasta
  • 4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts, cut in strips
  • 1 Tbsp Cajun Seasoning (we use Weber N'Oreleans)
  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 1 Anaheim Pepper, Chopped
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper, Chopped
  • 1 Orange Bell Pepper, Chopped
  • 1 Yellow Bell Pepper, Chopped
  • 2 Green Onions, Minced
  • 1 1/2 cups Heavy Cream (more or less to consistency)
  • 1/2 tsp Basil
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/8 tsp Ground Red Pepper (more if desired)
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, Grated
  1. *Bring large pot of water to a boil; add pasta and cook according to package
  2. *Place chicken and cajun seasoning in a bowl and toss to coat
  3. *In large skillet over medium heat, sauté chicken in butter until no longer pink and juices run clear, about 5 to 7 minutes
  4. *Add chopped peppers and green onions; cook 2 to 3 minutes; reduce heat and stir in heavy cream; season the sauce with spices
  5. *In bowl, toss pasta with chicken and sauce, sprinkle with parmesan cheese

  7. *This is best when a little bit of regular pasta sauce is mixed into your bowl as well
  8. *Add shrimp and/or mushrooms, if desired
