Cajun shrimp toss

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 lb. large shrimp, shelled and deveined
  • 2 TBS. vegetable oil
  • 2 TBS. lemon juice
  • 1 TBS. worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp to 1 tsp cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic chopped
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 C milk
  • hot noodles
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix shrimp, 1 tbsp. oil, lemon juice, worcestershire and cajun seasoning.
  2. Heat remaining oil in skillet. Add onion and garlic and cook until tender.
  3. Add soup and milk. Heat to a boil then add shrimp mixture. Cover and cook over low heat for a bout 5 mintes or until shrimp is done. Serve over hot noodles.
