Campbell's® Healthy Request® Beef & Mushroom Dijon
  • 3/4 lb. boneless beef sirloin, steak, 3/4" thick
  • 2 cups sliced mushrooms
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's® Healthy Request® Cream of Mushroom
  • Soup
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 4 cups hot cooked rice, cooked without salt
  1. SLICE beef into very thin strips.
  2. SPRAY nonstick skillet with vegetable cooking spray and heat 1 min. Add mushrooms and onion and cook until tender. Remove vegetables. Remove
  3. skillet from heat.
  4. SPRAY skillet with vegetable cooking spray. Add beef and cook until browned and juices evaporate, stirring often.
  5. ADD soup, water, mustard and vegetables and heat through. Serve over rice.
  6. To make slicing easier, freeze beef 1 hr.
