Candied Ginger & Apple Brownies ( Blondies)
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup Butter
- 2 cups Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 3 cups Apples( chopped fine)
- 2 cups Flour
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1 1/2 tsp Ginger
- 1 tsp Nutmeg
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup chopped Walnuts
- 1/4 cup chopped Candy Ginger
DIRECTIONS
- Grease & Flour a 13 x9 pan
- Cream butter,add Sugar and cream until fluffy. Beat in Eggs to mixture. Stir in Apples.
- Sift together all dry ingredients
- add to mixture then fold in Walnuts and Candied Ginger.
- Bake 40 minutes in 350 oven
- Cool and serve with whipped cream
