  • Full box Vanilla Bean Cake Mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 stick melted butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • For Topping
  • Store purchased vanilla frosting
  • Assortment of small solid colored candies like; gumdrops, M&Ms® , jelly beans, licorice, Jujubes®
DIRECTIONS
  1. For Rainbow Cupcakes
  2. Preheat oven to 350° F. Line cupcake tins with baking cups.
  3. Combine eggs, butter, and milk. Add mix. Fold together until batter is smooth. Pour batter into prepared tins.
  4. Bake for 24 to 26 minutes. Let cool completely before decorating.
  6. For Topping
  7. Spread vanilla frosting on cupcakes.
  8. Decorate each cupcake in a color of the rainbow (red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, white, black). Be creative - your options are limitless.
