Capriccosa
INGREDIENTS
- 2 shots vodka
- 1 shot fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- a few torn mint leaves
- crushed ice
DIRECTIONS
- Almost fill a whisky glass with crushed ice.
- After you've squeezed the lime, cut the peel into quarters and put the vodka, juice, sugar, leaves and peel into a shaker.
- Give a good bashing (the bashing gets more intense the more of these you drink) then strain it onto the ice. Chuck in a couple of lime peels and bits of mint and drink with a straw
