Cara's delish potato tingle
  • potatoes
  • three table spoons olive oil
  • maldon salt
  • 3 twigs of rosemary
  • clove of garlic
  • teaspoon of masala (or any curry powder mild or light)
  • onions
  • black pepper
  1. fry them untill see through in colour,
  2. then add a tablespoon of brown sugar,
  3. lower heat and allow to caramalize until golden in colour.
  4. once your potatos and onions are ready,pour the potatos into a dish(serving dish)
  5. and spread the onions over them..
  6. finish off with black pepper and salt(try using maldon salt..the creme de la creme of salt)
  7. and a twig or two of rosemary..and enjoy,the sweet and salty taste go beautifuly together...
