Cara's delish potato tingle
INGREDIENTS
- potatoes
- three table spoons olive oil
- maldon salt
- 3 twigs of rosemary
- clove of garlic
- teaspoon of masala (or any curry powder mild or light)
- onions
- black pepper
DIRECTIONS
- fry them untill see through in colour,
- then add a tablespoon of brown sugar,
- lower heat and allow to caramalize until golden in colour.
- once your potatos and onions are ready,pour the potatos into a dish(serving dish)
- and spread the onions over them..
- finish off with black pepper and salt(try using maldon salt..the creme de la creme of salt)
- and a twig or two of rosemary..and enjoy,the sweet and salty taste go beautifuly together...
