Caramel Apple Crisp
INGREDIENTS
  • Servings: 8
  • 1/3 cup Splenda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 6 cups diced apples, peeled
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup quick cooking oats
  • 1/2 cup diet margarine
  • 1/4 cup caramel topping
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix together first 3 ingredients in a lare bowl. Add apples and toss. Put in 9 x 13 greased pan.
  2. Combine next 4 ingredients until crumbly and sprinkle over top. Bake at 375 degree F for 45 to 55 minutes, or until apples are done. Remove from oven and immediately drizzle with caramel topping. Serve warm.
