Caramel Rolls
INGREDIENTS
- 1 stick (1/2 cup) butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 pouch cook & serve butterscotch pudding
- Rhodes frozen roll dough
DIRECTIONS
- Melt butter and mix in the brown sugar to a caramel-y mixture
- Place about 18 frozen doughs at the bottom (usually, two rows of about 9 work the best)
- sprinkle the pudding mix on top of the doughs
- pour the butter/brown sugar mixture on top of all.
- Place it in a cold oven over night. In the morning, bake at 350 for about 25 minutes.
- Do not substitute margarine or shortening for butter
- Do not use instant pudding
- Do not take the rolls out of the oven to wait for it to pre-heat.
- Simply turn on the oven and let them cook while preheating.
