Caramel Rolls
  • 1 stick (1/2 cup) butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 pouch cook & serve butterscotch pudding
  • Rhodes frozen roll dough
  1. Melt butter and mix in the brown sugar to a caramel-y mixture
  2. Place about 18 frozen doughs at the bottom (usually, two rows of about 9 work the best)
  3. sprinkle the pudding mix on top of the doughs
  4. pour the butter/brown sugar mixture on top of all.
  5. Place it in a cold oven over night. In the morning, bake at 350 for about 25 minutes.
  6. Do not substitute margarine or shortening for butter
  7. Do not use instant pudding
  8. Do not take the rolls out of the oven to wait for it to pre-heat.
  9. Simply turn on the oven and let them cook while preheating.
