Cardamom Maple Salmon

  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp ground cardamom
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/4 c grapeseed oil
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 salmon fillet, cut into 3" pieces
DIRECTIONS
  1. stir salt, paprika, coriander, and black pepper together; add oil and maple syrup and stir until combined
  2. preheat non-stick pan over med-high heat
  3. dredge salmon pieces through syrup mixture until evenly coated on every side
  4. cook salmon in preheated pan until fish flakes easily with a fork, 5-7 min per side
