Carmel Apple Salad

INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. pineapple juice
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 Tbs. flour
- 2 Tbs. cider vinegar
- Mix in order given (except cool whip) and cook in heavy sauce pan until thick. Cool
- 8 oz. cool whip
- 1 c. peanuts, chopped
- 7-8 c. apples, chopped
DIRECTIONS
- Mix in cool whip.Pour over apples and add peanuts. Chill and serve!
