Carne Asada Nachos
  • Servings: 4-6
  • One large bag of tortilla chips
  • 2 cups pre-marinated carne asada
  • 1 bag of shredded Jack cheese
  • 1/3 cup scallions
  • 1/3 cup tomato
  • 1/4 cup pickled jalapeño
  • 1/2 cup lettuce
  • 1/2 cup sour cream or plain greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup guacamole
  • 1/2 cup pico de gallo
  • Your favorite hot sauce, to taste
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Cover a baking sheet with half bag of tortilla chips. Pour half of cheese on top and bake until cheese is melted
  3. Remove from oven, add carne asada and rest of cheese and bake for 5-10 more minutes
  4. Pile on scallions, tomato, jalapeño, lettuce, sour cream, guac, pico, and hot sauce. Use other half of chips for scooping
  5. Enjoy!
