Carrot & Sweet Potatoe Tzimmis
INGREDIENTS
- 4 Carrots
- 3 Sweet Potatoes (peeled and sliced)
- 2 Apples
- 1 Cup Prunes OR Apricots
- 3 tablespoons Oil
- 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon white pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 Cup Water
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Cook carrot & sweet potatoe til tender, peel core and slice apples. Oil 5 Qt caserole dish. Arrange all in layers, seasoning each layer. Add water, cover and bake for 30 minutes, or until tender. Remove cover and brown.
