INGREDIENTS
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 t. cinnamon
  • 1 t. salt
  • 1 1/4 c. oil
  • 4 unbeaten eggs
  • 2 c. grated carrots
  • 1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
DIRECTIONS
  1. Sift flour, sugar, cinnamon & salt. Add oil. Add eggs, one at a time. Stir in each. Do not Beat. Add Carrots and nuts.
  2. Bake at 250 degrees for 35 minutes if layers. If in tube pan, till done.
