Carrot Cake III

INGREDIENTS
- 2 c. flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 t. cinnamon
- 1 t. salt
- 1 1/4 c. oil
- 4 unbeaten eggs
- 2 c. grated carrots
- 1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
DIRECTIONS
- Sift flour, sugar, cinnamon & salt. Add oil. Add eggs, one at a time. Stir in each. Do not Beat. Add Carrots and nuts.
- Bake at 250 degrees for 35 minutes if layers. If in tube pan, till done.
