Carrot Cake

  • 3 c. sugar
  • 1 c. oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c. grated carrots
  • 3 1/2 c. self rising flour
  • 1 t. vanilla flavoring
  • 1/2 t. nutmeg
  • 1/2 t. cinnamon
  • 1 c. nuts
  • Bake at 250ndegrees in 3 9" pans till done
  • Frosting:
  • 11 oz cream chese
  • 1/2 c butter
  • 1 lb box powdered sugar
  • 1 cup pecans
DIRECTIONS
  1. mix cake ingredients and bake at 350 degrees till done
