Carrot Cake
INGREDIENTS
- Cooking Time: 45
- 2 c. Flour
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. oil
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 18 oz. can crushed pineapple
- 3 c. grated carrots
- 1 c. walnuts, chopped
- 3.5 oz grated coconut
DIRECTIONS
- Mix all. Cook on 350 F for 45 mins.
