Carrot Casserole

  • 2 Tbsp Butter
  • 2 cups mashed carrots
  • 3 beaten eggs
  • 2 cups crated cheese (chedder or swiss)
  • salt, pepper paprika
DIRECTIONS
  1. Add butter to mashed carrots and other ingredients.
  2. Mix Well.
  3. Pour into greased casserole dish about 1- 1 1/2 quarts
  4. Bake 350 degrees for 40 minutes
