Carrot Casserole
INGREDIENTS
- Cooking Time: 40 minutes
- Servings: 4-6
- Preparation Time: 15 minutes
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- 2 cups mashed carrots
- 3 beaten eggs
- 2 cups crated cheese (chedder or swiss)
- salt, pepper paprika
DIRECTIONS
- Add butter to mashed carrots and other ingredients.
- Mix Well.
- Pour into greased casserole dish about 1- 1 1/2 quarts
- Bake 350 degrees for 40 minutes
