Carrot Slaw with Carawey

- 2 cups shredded carrots
- 1 cup shredded red cabbage
- 1/4 cup parsley chopped
- 3 Tbsp raisins
- 2 Tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 Tbsp hemp hearts
- 1 Tbsp caraway seeds
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- zest from a lemon
- juice from the same lemon
- sea salt
DIRECTIONS
- Toss all ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Serve immediately or store in your fridge prior to serving and the flavors will enhance.
