Carrot Slaw with Carawey
INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups shredded carrots
  • 1 cup shredded red cabbage
  • 1/4 cup parsley chopped
  • 3 Tbsp raisins
  • 2 Tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 Tbsp hemp hearts
  • 1 Tbsp caraway seeds
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • zest from a lemon
  • juice from the same lemon
  • sea salt
DIRECTIONS
  1. Toss all ingredients together in a large bowl.
  2. Serve immediately or store in your fridge prior to serving and the flavors will enhance.
