Catalina Tomato Salad

INGREDIENTS
  • 6 cups chopped plum tomatoes
  • 1 (5 1/4 oz) jar stuffed olives, drained and halved
  • 3/4 cup Catalina dressing
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 1/4 to 1/2 tsp pepper
DIRECTIONS
  1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  2. This is especially good on hot summer nights.

I don't care for olives so much so I keep that out at times. But its still tasty!
