Cathie's Pina Colada Cake
  • 1 box yellow cake mix (also try pineapple for even more flavor)
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can coconut (or fresh if available)
  • 1 Large container whipped topping
  • 1 Large can crushed pineapple (with all juice)
  1. Bake cake to box directions, in a rectangular pan. Before it cools, take fork and poke holes all over cake and top with condensed milk. Do not remove cake from pan
  2. After cake cools, top with pineapple
  3. Then top with whipped topping.
  4. Any type of garnish is wonderful, especially a pineapple half.
  5. Refrigerate immediately, and keep in fridge when not being used.
This is a quick cake, that everyone loves. Using a boxed cake mix, makes it even faster.
