Cathie's Pina Colada Cake

INGREDIENTS
- 1 box yellow cake mix (also try pineapple for even more flavor)
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 can coconut (or fresh if available)
- 1 Large container whipped topping
- 1 Large can crushed pineapple (with all juice)
DIRECTIONS
- Bake cake to box directions, in a rectangular pan. Before it cools, take fork and poke holes all over cake and top with condensed milk. Do not remove cake from pan
- After cake cools, top with pineapple
- Then top with whipped topping.
- Any type of garnish is wonderful, especially a pineapple half.
- Refrigerate immediately, and keep in fridge when not being used.
