  • 1 Tbsp yeast
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 cup water, lukewarm
  • 2 Tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 cups flour, divided in half
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix together yeast, sugar, and water and let sit for 10-20 minutes.
  2. Combine half of flour (1 1/2 cups), oil, and salt with the yeast mixture. Stir until combined then right away add remaining 1 1/2 cups flour. Knead and let rise greased and covered for 30-40 minutes.
  3. Punch down and let rest 5 minutes then roll out into desired pizza pan shape.
