Cauilflower Salad

  • 1 head of Cauliflower- washed cut & cut into bite size pieces
  • 1 bunch of green onions,chopped
  • 3 or 4 Roma Tomatoes, seeded and chopped into bite size pieces.
  • 1 cup of Mayonnaise
  • Black Pepper to taste
  1. Mix it all together and chill but serve soon. its not a good leftover unless you don't mind the smell of Cauliflower that has been sitting for a bit. Its a very good salad and had some clients I cook for who requested this recipe often.
