- 1 big celeriac in cubes
- 1,5 kg potatoes peeled and diced
- salt
- pepper
- 2 teaspoons of curry powder
- 25 grams of butter
- 3 tablespoons of milk or cream
- 250 grams of Brie, in slices
- 50 grams of almond shavings
DIRECTIONS
- 1 Cook the celeriac and potatoes with salt done in about 20-25 minutes
- 2 Mash with curry powder, pepper, butter and milk or cream
- 3 Put the mash in an ovendish, top with the slices of Brie and sprinkle the almonds over it
- 4 Put the dish in a hot grill, until the cheese has melted slightly and the almond shavings have browned a bit
