Celeriac mash with Brie and almonds

  • 1 big celeriac in cubes
  • 1,5 kg potatoes peeled and diced
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 2 teaspoons of curry powder
  • 25 grams of butter
  • 3 tablespoons of milk or cream
  • 250 grams of Brie, in slices
  • 50 grams of almond shavings
DIRECTIONS
  1. 1 Cook the celeriac and potatoes with salt done in about 20-25 minutes
  2. 2 Mash with curry powder, pepper, butter and milk or cream
  3. 3 Put the mash in an ovendish, top with the slices of Brie and sprinkle the almonds over it
  4. 4 Put the dish in a hot grill, until the cheese has melted slightly and the almond shavings have browned a bit
