- 2 pound of Peel Shrimp 21-25 Per Pound
- 3 Cup of lime Juice (Use 1 1/2 Cups to Marinate and the Remaining 1 1/2 Cup to Cook
- 1 Tablespoon of Garlic Minced
- 1/2 Cup or Red Onion Minced
- 2 Cup of Roma Tomatoes Minced
- 2 Bunches of Cilantro Leaf Only
- 1 Poblano Pepper Diced
- 3 JalapeƱos Seeded and Minced
- 1 Tablespoon of Chili Powder
- 1 Teaspoon of Salt
DIRECTIONS
- Peel Shrimps
- Marinate Shrimp in 1 1/2 Cup of Lime Juice for 3 Hours
- Drain and Discard Lime Juice
- Mix Shrimp Together with All Other Ingredients Cover and Refrigerate for 3 Hours Before Serving.
- Serve with Chips or Saltine Crackers
