Ceviche
INGREDIENTS
  • Cooking Time: 30mn
  • Servings: 10 to 15 people
  • Preparation Time: 20mn
  • 2 pound of Peel Shrimp 21-25 Per Pound
  • 3 Cup of lime Juice (Use 1 1/2 Cups to Marinate and the Remaining 1 1/2 Cup to Cook
  • 1 Tablespoon of Garlic Minced
  • 1/2 Cup or Red Onion Minced
  • 2 Cup of Roma Tomatoes Minced
  • 2 Bunches of Cilantro Leaf Only
  • 1 Poblano Pepper Diced
  • 3 JalapeƱos Seeded and Minced
  • 1 Tablespoon of Chili Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon of Salt
DIRECTIONS
  1. Peel Shrimps
  2. Marinate Shrimp in 1 1/2 Cup of Lime Juice for 3 Hours
  3. Drain and Discard Lime Juice
  4. Mix Shrimp Together with All Other Ingredients Cover and Refrigerate for 3 Hours Before Serving.
  5. Serve with Chips or Saltine Crackers
