Cheddar Bacon Wrapped Burgers

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 T. grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1 t. ketchup
  • 1 t. worcestershire sauce (or teriyaki sauce)
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1/8 t pepper
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 slices bacon
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix cheeses, onion, egg , ketchup, worceshire sauce, salt, pepper.
  2. Crumble in the ground beef and mix by hand.
  3. Form into 4 patties and wrap each with 4 slices of bacon.
  4. Secure bacon with toothpicks.
  5. Place on grill and cook 5 minutes per side or until well done.
