Cheddar Cheese Ball

INGREDIENTS
- 1.5 lb sharp or extra sharp cheddar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3/4 tsp. dry mustard
- chopped onion and parsley
- 2 Tbs. soft butter
- A dash of Tabasco
- A Dash of Worchester sauce
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/3 cup sherry
- Chopped pecans
DIRECTIONS
- Grate cheese into a bowl and then add all ingredients.
- Mix very well till completely blended-it will be hard to mix.
- Roll/form into a ball and roll in finely chopped pecans.
- This recipe makes 2 balls.
- You should refigerate the balls after preparing them but taken them out 30 min to 1 hour before serving to soften em up a little.
- Serve with Triscuits or similar type cracker.
- You can serve it as is on its own as a cheese ball or serve it in a crock.
