Cheese & Onion Roll-Ups

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 loaf white sandwich bread
  • 1 8-oz. cream cheese
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. green onion, chopped
  • 1 stick butter, melted
DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine cream cheese, egg yolk, sugar and green onion.
  2. Cut crusts of the bread.
  3. Roll bread thin with rolling pin.
  4. Spread cheese mixture on bread.
  5. Roll up and cut into three logs.
  6. Dip logs in melted butter.
  7. Put on foil lined sheet. Freeze.
  8. Put in plastic bags.
  9. Bring to room temperature before baking.
  10. Bake at 400ยช for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
