Cheese Balls, #2
INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 lb grated cheese
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1 oz seasoned flour
  • 1 C tomato sauce, for a dip
  • Oil to fry
DIRECTIONS
  1. Blend egg yolks and cheese to a paste.
  2. Shape into small balls and roll in seasoned flour then fry in oil till golden brown.
  3. Serve with tomato sauce; if you like.
