Cheese Crisps

- 1/4 cup soft butter
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- f.g. cayenne
- 1/2 cup crisp rice cereal (eg. Rice Krispies
- 1/2 cup flour
DIRECTIONS
- Combine all but rice cereal and flour.
- Crush cereal.
- Add flour and cereal to butter mixture.
- Shape into small balls with 1 tsp. of mixture for each.
- Place on an ungreased cookie sheet.
- Flatten with a fork.
- Bake at 375 deg. for 8 to 12 minutes.
