Cheese Crisps
INGREDIENTS
  • Cooking Time: 8-12
  • 1/4 cup soft butter
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • f.g. cayenne
  • 1/2 cup crisp rice cereal (eg. Rice Krispies
  • 1/2 cup flour
DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine all but rice cereal and flour.
  2. Crush cereal.
  3. Add flour and cereal to butter mixture.
  4. Shape into small balls with 1 tsp. of mixture for each.
  5. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet.
  6. Flatten with a fork.
  7. Bake at 375 deg. for 8 to 12 minutes.
