  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup and 2 T sugar
  • 2 T flour
  • 2 eggs
  • juice of a small lemon
  • 1 1/2 cup milk
  • pie crust
DIRECTIONS
  1. Beat the cream cheese; add the rest of the ingredients, beating after the addition of each egg; add milk.Put into pie shell. Sprinkle top with cinnamon. Bake at 450° for 10 minutes; reduce heat to 300° and bake for 1 hour or until knife comes out clean.
