Cheese Soup
INGREDIENTS
  • 3 cans Fat Free Chicken Broth (low sodium)
  • 2 bags frozen veggies (any type,
  • broccoli, cauliflower, carrots,
  • etc.)
  • 1 Can Mild Rotel
  • 10 oz block velveta light cheese
DIRECTIONS
  1. Put broth, rotel and veggies in pot, bring to boil, then simmer until cooked well (approx. 45 min)
  2. Cube up cheese into 1" cubes (or smaller) and drop in soup, continually stir until melted.
